All main aspects of Thai Massage are covered and the weekend serves as a solid introduction for anyone considering the professional course. It is also open as a CPD course for any body-worker. There is a focus on body-mechanics of how to safely apply deep pressure and stretching techniques. Students will:
- Learn a range of acupressure and stretching techniques in supine and prone positions.
- Be able to apply all the techniques in table work.
- Take away a number of Client Home Exercises
- Take away a detailed booklet with coloured photographs
